[Artemis beams as Rikku praises the house and turns to keep rolling his suitcase.] It's been aired out, I called ahead, but I think the groceries are still being moved in. I'll show you your room and if you're hungry we can go find a cafe.
[Artemis smiles mysteriously.] I'm only giving you a choice. If you don't like the master bedroom I can always give you another one. So many views and balconies and patios...
Oh god... [Artemis pulls a face as he slides the handle of his suitcase back down and starts carrying it up the stairs.] My parents stay here sometimes Rikku, that image... [He shudders.]
No we're not. [Artemis shakes the thought out of his head.] I'd thought of that before we even got here. No, my parents preferred a smaller room on the third floor. Better view of the ocean.
[He smiles at Rikku, a little sad.] They never spent much time here. Giving me the master bedroom was a compromise of sorts. My mother liked the ocean... and my father didn't want to see much of me on our vacations when I was younger. A young man can amuse himself in a large room for hours.
[Artemis smiles, cheered by Rikku's affection.] Things are different now.
[He lugs his suitcase to the top of the wide staircase and rolls it off to the right to a pair of large double doors. Artemis pauses for effect, then opens the door with an excited smile.]
[Inside is of course, a very large bed with rich cushions and a sparkling white duvet. Three sets of narrow double doors, lined with sheer white curtains blowing in the wind, lead out onto a patio with a little dining table for two. All the furniture is solid, dark wood, and the floor is covered with rugs from local artisans. However the room does have a definite 'not lived in' quality, however beautiful and hotel-like it is.]
Those two are exclusive to one another? [Artemis looks over his shoulder at the slightly open door, and while he figures the staff is out of the house he doesn't want any awkward moments.]
Should I close the door, or are we saving up for our first night here?
Minx. [Artemis nuzzles Rikku softly and gives him another quick kiss before standing up and setting his suitcase on the rack--so he can start unpacking.] So no doubt you'll want to go to the beach, I'm assuming?
Private beach access. [Artemis feels the need to emphasize this because--] I can't have all the beautiful Spanish men staring at you, can I? [He grins to himself as he hangs up one of his suits.]
They're free to stare, they don't have much of a chance of stealing you. [Artemis chuckles and hangs up his blazers one by one next to a few dusty, much smaller ones. In fact it looks like a lot of 9-or-10-year-old Artemis' clothes are in the various closets and drawers.]

Well, their loss.

[Artemis slips out of his shoes as well, and his blazer and slides onto the bed with Rikku. Just as soft as he remembered it.]
So I don't have to find you another room?

[He giggles and looks at Artemis]
Can we move in here?
